A uniquely New Zealand treasure — our organic sweet yams (also known as oca) are grown by local NZ growers using natural, chemical-free methods. These charming little knobbly tubers come in beautiful shades of pink, yellow, and red, with a delightfully tangy-sweet flavour and waxy texture that sets them apart from any other root vegetable.
